Recently, Sony announced that five of its popular games have been patched to include the latest version of AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology suite, namely FSR 3.1. This update brings significant improvements to the visual quality and performance of games like Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Spider-Man Remastered, and Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Improved Upscaler Algorithm

This new algorithm promises better temporal stability, reduced flickering and shimmering, enhanced ghosting reduction, and better detail preservation compared to the previous version, FSR 2.2.
