Acer has recently announced its entry into the 14-inch gaming laptop space with the launch of two new models – the Nitro 14 and the Predator Helios Neo 14. On the other hand, the Predator Helios Neo 14 is priced at $1,799.99 and offers an Intel Ultra 9 185H processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, and a choice of three display options. Both laptops come with advanced features like support for Nvidia Advanced Optimus and liquid metal cooling technology.
The Nitro 16 is another new offering from Acer, starting at $1,399.99. It can be configured with either an Nvidia RTX 4060 or an AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor, along with up to 2TB of storage and 32GB of DDR5 SDRAM. The Nitro 16 also features a unique panel design with the option to switch between integrated and discrete GPUs, depending on the task at hand.

The Nitro 14, Predator Helios Neo 14, and both versions of the Nitro 16 are set to be released in North America in May. In the EMEA region, the Nitro 14 and Predator Helios Neo 14 will be available in June 2024, starting at €1,199 each. The Intel version of the Nitro 16 will also be available in the EMEA region at the same time, priced at €1,599.
