Apex Legends fans have something to look forward to as Respawn Entertainment recently announced a new in-game event, the Uprising Collection Event. This event will expand on the aftermath of the final episode of the Kill Code animated web series. Not only will it introduce a wealth of new content, but it will also feature a never-before-seen 30v30 limited-time mode, a mysterious playable “cinematic event,” and a Prestige Skin for Loba.

Starting on December 5, players will have the opportunity to partake in the Uprising Collection Event. This event will showcase a new set of 24 premium cosmetic items that players can unlock. One of the most exciting rewards is Loba’s Apex Lycanthrope Prestige Skin. To gain access to this exclusive skin, players will need to unlock all the premium cosmetic items.

What sets the Uprising Collection Event apart from previous events is the promise of a cinematic experience. Players who join the event during the first hour it’s live will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in this unique and thrilling adventure. The cinematic experience will introduce players to the final battle of Kill Code, setting the stage for the upcoming war. The exact nature of this cinematic experience remains undisclosed, leaving Apex lore enthusiasts eager to discover what lies ahead.

The centerpiece of the Uprising Collection Event is the new Revenant Uprising LTM (Limited Time Mode). In this mode, players will have to choose a side in the battle between the legends and the army of Revenant clones. Members of the legend squad will fight to survive and reach the Evac Point, while those fighting for Revenant will attempt to halt their progress. An interesting twist is that wiped legend squads will respawn as members of Revenant’s Army, making the odds increasingly challenging for the remaining legends.

Adding another layer of excitement, players will have the opportunity to control a Red-Eyed Revenant if they fight for Revenant’s Army. This player-controlled character will have access to high-tier loot, further intensifying the gameplay. With both sides vying for victory, the battle will be fierce, and players will need to strategize and work together to emerge triumphantly.

The cinematic experience mentioned earlier will only be available for a limited time, specifically on December 5 from 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET. It is imperative for Apex Legends fans to mark this window of opportunity on their calendars to ensure they don’t miss out on this unique event.

The Uprising Collection Event has another treat in store for players – multiple weekly free reward tracks. Unlike previous events where only one reward track was offered, this event will provide players with the chance to earn rewards throughout the duration of the event. This increased access to free rewards is sure to excite and motivate players to participate in the event regularly.

After the first week of the event, the Revenant Uprising LTM will be available exclusively on weekends. It is worth noting that Respawn’s blog post suggests that the game mode itself may only be accessible for one hour at a time, although this likely pertains to the aforementioned cinematic experience rather than the entire mode. Players should consult the following availability schedule for the Revenant Uprising LTM:

– Tuesdays: Uprising Collection Event
– Wednesdays: Uprising Collection Event
– Thursdays: Uprising Collection Event
– Fridays: Uprising Collection Event
– Saturdays: Revenant Uprising LTM
– Sundays: Revenant Uprising LTM

Interestingly, the Revenant Uprising Collection Event may replace Apex Legend’s usual holiday-themed Winter Express LTM. It is possible that Winter Express will still be available during weekdays, while Revenant Uprising takes over on weekends. This speculation has caused curiosity among players, raising questions about the potential changes to the game’s seasonal events.

Apex Legends players should highlight December 5 on their calendars, as the Uprising Collection Event will launch at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. The event will last until January 1, concluding at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. This gives players ample time to immerse themselves in this action-packed event, unlock exclusive cosmetic items, and experience the thrilling Revenant Uprising LTM.
