Recently announced during the latest Nintendo Direct, the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is set to make its way to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. This collection includes remastered versions of Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit. Notably, the latter game is being localized in English for the first time as part of this collection. Players will have the option to choose between re-drawn character sprites or stick with the original pixel art in both games. Additionally, new features such as a History mode for reviewing dialogue, a story mode that assists with puzzles and investigations, a gallery mode, multi-language voice-overs, and more have been incorporated into the collection.
Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is scheduled to launch on September 6, with preorders currently available. Those who preorder will receive a special DLC pack containing five arranged tracks from the Ace Attorney Investigations 2 soundtrack. These tracks can be enjoyed as background music during gameplay or listened to via the in-game gallery mode. The standard edition of the collection comes with the base game as well as the extra in-game music preorder bonus. While the game will be available on multiple platforms, only the Nintendo Switch version is confirmed to have a physical release at this time. Physical copies can be preordered from retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon, and GameStop, while digital preorders are open across all platforms.
